Instructions for Biksemad 02
To prepare the Biksemad 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Here is a biksemad that I have developed for many years.
It takes some time to make it, but in return, it strikes everything I have tasted. Spend some time and enjoy yourself and yours with a really nice time biks.
You do as follows: 1. The potatoes are peeled and cut into slices of approx. 2x2 cm.
Potatoes boil for 10 minutes. You continue with step 2.
2. The loops are peeled and cut into slices with a thickness of approx. 1 cm. The slices are divided into quarters. The loaves are lightly golden in butter.
3. Treat the chorizo sauces by removing the very thin skin. The sausages are cut into slices with a thickness of 1 cm. The sausages are laid on the forehead and fry with fairly hard heat. You turn them around and finally when they are pretty browned, completely screw up and give them 30 seconds for hot heat while shaking your forehead lightly and allowing the sausages to roast well.
4. You take approx. 20 sliced pepperoni and divide them halfway. They broke on the forehead. They should not be dry, but you must be able to see that they are well brown with a steady drift of the fat.
5. Now take the potatoes and brown them in a large pot. You need to use butter and start with a little heat. You must chill for the potatoes and make sure they are slowly getting browned. They must have crust but they should NOT be totally browned - you know how a potato looks when it's ok.
6. Collection!
The potatoes pebbles with coarse peppers, so you can see that all potatoes have had pepper. You sprinkle a little salt over them (1/2 teaspoon full).
Now take all the other things and gently touch the potatoes.
You heat it up by medium heat and you can now see the whole dish in front of you in the pan.
When it looks like "you're going to biksemad skal" you pour 5 tablespoons of roasted onions in the dish and stir again.
The court is now ready.

It wins a lot by standing and pulling the day after - taste-insuring gather better on the moon. You serve it with, for example: Coarse rye bread and toothpaste Asier Rødbeder Ketchup Mustard
