Instructions for Bigos 02
To prepare the Bigos 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the sauerkraut into smaller pieces, pour a little boiling water over the sauerkraut + bacon until it is almost or even covered. Boil 1 hour.
The cabbage is finely chopped, pour boiling water over the cauliflower + the mushrooms in another pot. Boil 30 - 40 min.
The beef and pork tenderloin is lightly salted and browned on the forehead. Put in the saucepan with sauerkraut and cook under the lid for 40 minutes.
Meat and bacon picked up and cut into half-sized tern. Sausages cut into slices of 2-3 cm. Both cabbages are mixed together. Sprouts are cut into small terns, runes and dice minus fat come into the cabbage.
