Instructions for Beuf Burgundy
To prepare the Beuf Burgundy recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut into large terns, placed in a marinade consisting of wine, onion with cloves (actually like the oranges at Christmas time), sliced carrots, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Leave it for 5-6 hours.
Remove the meat from marinade and brown it. Add marinade with the corresponding vegetables (the amount of vegetables can be varied according to taste). Cover with water and allow to boil over low heat for 5-6 hours
