Ingredients for Beef with red curry paste
1 | kg | Lean beef in large cubes |
1 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |
15 | Fresh basil leaves or 2 tablespoons dried Basil | |
2 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
2 | tbsp | Red curry paste |
4 | dl | Coconut milk |
4 | Dried kaffir lime leaves |
Instructions for Beef with red curry paste
To prepare the Beef with red curry paste recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan. Add curry paste and simmer for 1 minute.
Stir all other ingredients in and boil. Turn the flask down and simmer for 1½ hours until the beef is tender.
Serve the dish with boiled rice.
