Instructions for Banoffie Pie II
To prepare the Banoffie Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt 100 g. Butter in a saucepan, stir the crushed digestive together with the butter. Then squeeze it all in a 19 cm shape, let it cool for approx. 30 min.
Bring the remaining butter (150 g.) And sugar into a pan and let it melt, then put condensed milk into the pan and gently cook and let it boil while stirring for exactly 5 minutes. It will have a light golden caramel color.
Then pour it over the biscuits and let it cool for approx. 1 ½ hour on the fridge. Then, slice sliced bananas over the stiffened caramel, and then whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate and possibly. The rest of the bananas.
