The bananas are purified with sugar and lemon juice. Banana puree mix well with the milk. Whipped cream is light and mixed in. The ice maker is turned on and the mixture poured into the freezer. The ice maker must drive approx. 30-40 min.
If you do not have an ice machine, pour it into a freezer and freeze. To avoid the formation of ice crystals in the mass, stir frequently during frostbite.
