Ingredients for Balsamic sauce

1/2 | dl | Fund (calf or poultry) |
1/2 | Red chillies (finely chopped) | |
2 | tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Balsamic sauce
To prepare the Balsamic sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt sugar over low heat in a small thick-frying pan. Do not touch it. When the sugar is completely melted and golden, the saucepan is taken from the heat and the vinegar is stirred in. But beware, it sprouts and the sugar stiffens.
Stir the fond and chopped chilli and let the sauce boil until the sugar is dissolved. Stir the whipped cream and let the sauce boil a little. Season with salt.
