Cut potatoes and onion in quarters and place them in a large pan. Add olive oil, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Bake the vegetables at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until golden and crisp. Turn the vegetables along the way.
Then turn the coarse pieces of cabbage in and then on for 15 minutes. Get the hot vegetables in a bowl. Stir the dressing together. Turn the dressing in the vegetables. Add rucola or other green.
Brush the inside of the herring fillets with leftovers of the dressing and put them on a pan.
