Ingredients for Baguettes with paprika
1 | tbsp | Paprika (to strew over) |
1 | tbsp | Salt flakes (to strew over) |
2 | tbsp | Rapskimolie |
2 | tsp | Salt |
300-360 | g | Wheat flour |
360 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Baguettes with paprika
To prepare the Baguettes with paprika recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Crumble the yeast into a dough dish. Heat the water to 37 degrees. Pour some of the water over the yeast and stir until it dissolves. Add the rest of the water, salt, oil and both kinds of flour, at a time.
Eat a smooth dough for 5-10 minutes.
2. Let the dough raise up to approx. 30 min.
3. Put the dough on a skewered table and divide it into four equal parts. Form for four baguettes and put them on a plate of baking paper.
4. Tissue the baguettes lightly with flour and allow them to cover up to approx. 30 min. Set the oven to 225 degrees.
5. Cut the bread a few times with a sharp knife and sprinkle with peppers and salt flakes. Put the bread in the middle of the oven and turn down to 200 degrees. Bake them 20-25 min. Until they have a nice brown crust. Let the baguettes cool on the grid.
