Instructions for Bacon omelette
To prepare the Bacon omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
Step bacon discs light brown and crisp.
Whip eggs together with the cream, add a little salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg yolk on the forehead and behind the egg cake with even heat, lift with a pallet knife under the egg cake, where it has started to stiffen and plug in. More butter under the egg cake so that it does not burn.
As soon as the egg cake is baked - the surface must look "wet" and blank as the egg cake is best when it is not too firm - the forehead is warmed.
The eggplant is decorated with bacon and chives.
