250gBacon, diced/torn
28Bacon strips
3tbspBrown sugar

Instructions for Bacon Explosion

To prepare the Bacon Explosion recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make twice the bacon flakes, 7x7 pieces, sprinkle them if necessary. With barbecue spice.

Take the pork tenderloin and spread it on a piece of bake / food paper in the same size as the bacon braid, place it on top of bacon flakes and spread the marinade. Sprinkle bacon tern / grated with the cheese. Then roll the braid tightly and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow it to pull the marinade.
