Ingredients for Bacon Explosion

1 | tsp | Salt |
1.5 | tbsp | Strong mustard |
100 | g | Grated cheese |
2 | tbsp | BBQ sauce (your favorite or your homemade) |
250 | g | Bacon, diced/torn |
28 | Bacon strips | |
3 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
4 | tsp | Paprika |
4-5 | clove | Garlic |
500 | g | Pork sausage meat |
Instructions for Bacon Explosion
To prepare the Bacon Explosion recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make twice the bacon flakes, 7x7 pieces, sprinkle them if necessary. With barbecue spice.
Take the pork tenderloin and spread it on a piece of bake / food paper in the same size as the bacon braid, place it on top of bacon flakes and spread the marinade. Sprinkle bacon tern / grated with the cheese. Then roll the braid tightly and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow it to pull the marinade.
Make the glaze and rub it on the roll and throw them on the grill or in the oven at 190 degrees for approx. For 1 hour, use a water bath to avoid drying out.
Use if necessary. A temperature spike to see when they are finished. 80 degrees in the middle.
