Ingredients for Azeri Dolma

Instructions for Azeri Dolma

To prepare the Azeri Dolma recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir whole aubergines on the forehead for a few minutes until they are fairly soft.

Cut the top of the tomatoes, peppers and any apples of it to be used as a lid to close them again after filling with the rest of the ingredients later. Pour tomatoes, aubergines and peppers to the apples.
