To prepare the Avocadoiscreme recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mash the avocado meat together with lemon juice and sugar. Whip egg whites to meringue with sugar and whip the cream to foam. Turn the avocado bag with whipped cream and meringue and fill into four serving shapes. Put them in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Server with some fresh fruit eg. Kiwi and pomegranate.
