Whip up a marinade of oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and mix chopped capers, parsley, onions and chopped eggs in. mix the prawns in and let them stand in the marinade ½ hour.

Slice the avocado fruit through, take the stone out and put the half avocados on serving plates. Favor the filling and decorate with a little dill sprigs.
