Instructions for Avocado pie
To prepare the Avocado pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share Avocados in half. Remove the stone and Peal. Mash the avocados with a fork or in a blender. Whip the cream to foam, stir in sour cream and powdered sugar in and mix with avocado bog into a creamy mass. Taste, if desired. with a little more icing sugar. Peel the Kiwis and cut them into slices.
Put the pie on a plate, butter bottom half of avocado cream on and benefit 1/3 of kiwi slices on. Put a new cake bottom on, rest of avocado butter cream on and even 1/3 of Kiwis are distributed on top. Put the last cake bottom on top.
Make a glaze of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add if necessary. a few drops of green food coloring. Butter glaze on cake-too, like on the sides. Garnish with the remaining kiwi slices. Let the cake stand cool to the glaze is solidified.
