Instructions for Asparagus with ham
To prepare the Asparagus with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip flour and water together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and leave the dough for half an hour. Pour the dough into thin pancakes on a medium-sized pan.
Cut the bottom of the asparagus, rinse them and cook them 5 min. In leachate water. Drain the water and rinse them with cold water.
Mix cream cheese with milk for a smooth sauce. Season with mustard, salt, pepper and parmesan. Put a slice of ham and some asparagus on one half of each pancake. Bring some sauce over and fold the other half over.
Place the pancakes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle butter / margarine over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Gratin the packages 5-7 min at 250ยบ and serve them warm.
