Instructions for Asparagus salad with radishes
To prepare the Asparagus salad with radishes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring plenty of water with salt in boil. Peel the asparagus and cut the wooded portion. Boil them with low heat for approx. 15 min. Take them up and cool them. Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled.
Oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper are stirred together for dressing.
Spring bulbs are cut into fine rings. Cut asparagus into pieces at 4 cm. The hard boiled eggs are peeled and cut into the tern. Radish cut into fine tern and mix with egg yolks.
Put asparagus, spring onions on the plate. Put the egg-radish mixture together with marinade. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
