To prepare the Apple pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the apples into very thin slices and cook them with saccharin. Do not use too much saccharin, since it can be bitter. Near the apples are cooked through and looks like pure, skil as white from an egg and whip it to it stiffens. Add cinnamon and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a mold and place in a water bath until it is set. Served cooled.
