125 | g | Melted butter, cooled |
2 | tbsp | Almond flakes |
250 | g | Crushed macaroons |
3 | Tart apples, peeled and sliced into thin both | |
4 | Egg whites | |
50 | g | Sugar |
75 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Apple-pie macro
To prepare the Apple-pie macro recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven up to 160 degrees. Whip the egg whites stiff, add the sugar and whip again into a shiny, airy marrow. Carefully turn the crushed macros, the flour and the chilled melted butter into the marrow. Finally, turn the apple boats into the mix. Cover the bottom of a spring shape with baking paper and butter the sides of the mold. Pour the marble in the mold. Sprinkle with almonds. Put the pie in the preheated oven and bag it for approx. 1 hour or until it is pierced and golden. Let the pie cool slightly before loosening the mold and pull the baking paper. Serve the pie warmly with cold whipped cream.
