Ingredients for Apple muffins

1 | Eggs | |
1 | dl | Grahams |
1 | Big Apple | |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | dl | Buttermilk |
25 | g | Yeast |
5 | dl | Wheat flour or spelt flour |
Instructions for Apple muffins
To prepare the Apple muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the buttermilk until it is hand warm and pour it into a large bowl.
Crumble and dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Add rapeseed oil, sugar, cinnamon and the cracked apple. Whip the egg together and pour half into the bowl.
Add grahamsmel and stir. Add flour or spelled flour gradually and knead well.
Put the film over the dough and allow it to rise for 15 minutes.
Put the balls on the baking sheet, put the film over and allow them to rise for 10 minutes.
Brush the balls with the rest of the egg and sprinkle with pearly sugar.
Bake for 15 min. At 200 degrees.

Buns are really nice sweet because of the apple!
