Instructions for Apple-celery-gratin
To prepare the Apple-celery-gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the celery and cut it into 0.5 cm slices. Thickness. Stir them on a pan with butter or oil for a couple of minutes on each side. Wash or peel the apples, chop the kernels and cut the apples into slices. Stir cream sauce together with mustard, finely chopped thyme, salt and pepper. Put celery and apples layered with cream into a small ovenproof dish lubricated with butter or oil. Pour the rest of the cream over the vegetables and put the dish in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees C for approx. 15 minutes.
