Instructions for Animal hearts (deep fried)
To prepare the Animal hearts (deep fried) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut hearts free from årestammer and rinse them thoroughly for blood. Dry them well. Nip the parsley for coarse stems, rinse and chop it coarsely. Mix it with butter, salt and pepper, and parsley butter stuffed in the hearts. Ombind them with undyed cotton yarn.
Warm the butter in a pan and Brown well hearts herein on all sides. Add ½-3/4 cups broth and/or cream, put the lid on and let the hearts mørne for low heat for half an hour. Plug into them with a needle, it should go through easily. Take the hearts up and keep warm, covered in a warm serving dish.

Tips:
White potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice served to solve. Parsley stuffing can add some finely chopped mushrooms.
