The ingredients for sauce are served in a blender and chopped well.
Eggplants and plums are cut into coarse tern and swirled in little oil separately until they are tender. Add if necessary. The flowers are slightly sugar during the frying. Keep tuned for serving.
The chops are grilled or roasted on a hot forehead approx. 3 min on each side. Add 1 chunk of thyme and 1 clove of garlic during the frying. Season with salt and pepper.
The chops are served on plates with sauce, eggplant and plums. A good accessory is coarse bread and small grilled or buttered potatoes, seasoned with fresh thyme.
