½ | dl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
1 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
1 | dl | Wine vinegar |
1 | Yellow onions | |

Instructions for American chicken breast
To prepare the American chicken breast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and garlic. Season the onions in olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce and let it boil, at low heat for approx. 5-10 minutes.
Sip the chicken cuts in 1 dl of barbecue sauce (1 hour at room temperature or 12 hours in refrigerator).
Save 1 dl of sauce in a bowl for serving.
Grill chicken chicken in approx. 30 minutes. Brush with the rest of the sauce and turn occasionally. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
