1000 | g | White wheat |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Almonds |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Creme fraishe |
3 | dl | Femkorns flakes |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | tbsp | Oil |
7.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Amanda ´ s buns with 5-kornsflager with white wheat
To prepare the Amanda ´ s buns with 5-kornsflager with white wheat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast and stir it in lukewarm water.
Add cremefraishe, oil, salt, sugar and eggs, stir this well together.
Add femkorns flakes, almonds and stir it well.
Add the now white wheat slightly at a time until you have a good batter, not too fast.
Let dough raise uncovered 1 hour. Form ca. 40 buns. Let them raise about 30 on the plate.
Brush the buns with egg and sprinkle with blue poppy seeds.
Behind them ca. 15 minutes at about 220 degrees.
Put a dishtowel over the hot buns, so will be the Nice soft.
Tips:
I femkorns the flakes and almonds blender. I have also used them to burger buns or sandwich buns-they must then just pressed a little flat. There is good with fiber in these buns.
