Instructions for A moussaka variety
To prepare the A moussaka variety recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take the eggplant and season later, cook them for 1 minute in boiling water with a little salt in.
Chop the garlic and parsley and mix it in the mince meat. Stir it together with egg yolks, add small pieces of feta cheese.
The fathers are distributed on top of the slabs, and they are rolled together and closed with a toothpick. Place them on top of the aubergines in an ovenproof dish.
The sauce! Heat a little olive oil, add chopped onions and a little water.
When the onions are brown, 1 canned chopped tomatoes arrive. Season with basil, salt and pepper. Boil it with low heat for 15 minutes.
The sauce is poured over the rolls in the dish and fry in the oven for approx. 15 minutes at 190 degrees C. alm. oven.
