Instructions for Ålesuppe
To prepare the Ålesuppe recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the pears and cook them in a pot of 1.5l of water for 20 minutes. Cut the onion on the tern and brune well on a pan.
Eel cut into smaller pieces (about 3 pieces of each eel) get together with potatoes in the tern in the saucepan and simmer on for about 15 minutes. Makaroni boils with the last 12 minutes together with onions. Added with salt and pepper.
