Instructions for Åleragout

To prepare the Åleragout recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauté the sliced onion in a little oil and put the eels and brown them slightly. Pour 1/2 dl water by along with the apples. Salt and pepper are added according to taste. Twirling around 25-20 min. then season with sugar to taste and smoothed over with cornflour at will.

Serve hot with bread, pasta or rice.
