Barbecue trout with Parma ham

Clean the fish and scratch the skin with a knife from tail to head. Sprinkle inside with salt and put the chopped herbs in and pack the ham over the 4 fish. Stir them on the grill for 5 minutes on each side and add grilled 1/2 tomatoes and potatoes.
