Spaghetti with cream sauce

Brown onion, bacon and sausages in a high side pan or pot. Bring tomatoes and cream in and simmer until the sauce gets thicker. (May possibly be leveled) Cook pasta thereon. Decorate with a small sprinkle of parsley.
