Recipes with Double lamb chops
The ingredients for marinade are stirred together. Turn the chops in this marinade and put on top of each other in a bowl. The marinade is poured over and the meat draws on it during the night in the fridge.
The well-drained chops are roasted on both sides
Spice the chops well on both sides. Brown them on both sides, dampen the heat and finish them with even heat, it lasts about 10 minutes in total.
Take them off the pan and cover them with foil while cooking the sauce and vegetables.
