1tspVanilla
1.25dlWholemeal wheat flour
1.25dlOil
1.25dlMelted butter or margarine
1/3tspSalt
2Eggs
2tbspWater
2.5dlShredded coconut
2.5dlRaisins without stones
3.5dlWheat bran
3.5dlRaw sugar
3.75dlWheat flour
6.25dlPressure and tightly packed grated squash

Instructions for Zucchini bars

To prepare the Zucchini bars recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in melted butter, oil and sugar. Beat the eggs and add the water, vanilla and grated nutmeg and pour it into the sugar mixture. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and bicarbonate of soda, it came in the mixture and add the rest of the ingredients.

Stir it all well together and spread the dough in a greased baking Tin (approx. 18 x 10 cm.). Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool before cutting into bars.
