1 | dl | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Butter or margarine |
3 | tbsp | Cocoa |
4-5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Zebra cookies
To prepare the Zebra cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter into the flour. Add sugar and portion dough into two equal parts. Mix vanilla sugar in the a and cocoa in the other and reassemble each dough quickly.
Roll each dough into three or four uniform rolls so there are equal numbers of white and dark rolls. Put a white towel and the side of a dark and press them lightly together. Do it with all the rollers and stack them on top of each other, so the colors is alternately.
Shock eventually the compound dejrulle against the worktop until the sides are straight. Let it rest in the refrigerator at least an hour or overnight until it is firm and easy to cut. Cut in 3-4 mm thick slices and put them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Behind the zebra cookies up in the midst of a 200 degrees oven for about 10 mins.
