100 | g | Chopped chocolate |
20 | g | Chopped nuts |
250 | g | Margarine |
250 | g | Sugar |

500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Yggenyk - cookies
To prepare the Yggenyk - cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the margarine and sugar thoroughly with an electric hand blender. Then eggs are added. Mix flour, deer salt and salt together and sift the flour gradually into the margarine mixture and knead. Finally put some of the chopped chocolate into the dough. Be careful not to overdo so all the chocolate melts!
Then roll it into small balls that are squeezed fall when laid on baking paper.
