2 | Pasteurized egg yolks | |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
40 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for World's Best Chocolate Mousse
To prepare the World's Best Chocolate Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until it is bright.
Cool the chocolate slightly and mix it while stirring with the eggs.
Whip the cream of foam and gently twist half in the chocolate box. Then turn the chocolate bag into the rest of the whipped cream.
Put the mousse in a refrigerator, either in a large bowl or portion-oriented, for 6 hours.
