1 | tsp | Salt |
3 | dl | Milk |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Melted butter |
6 | tbsp | Water |
7-8 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Wonderful & amp; Easy buns
To prepare the Wonderful & amp; Easy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil approx. 2 dl water and add 4 dl of cold water to a bowl, then crumble the yeast into the bowl and stir thoroughly so that yeast is not visible anymore. Add 3 dl milk, 50 grams of melted butter and 7-8 dl wheat flour.
NOTE: Salt and sugar are finally added.
Stir carefully and thoroughly.
Remove the remaining dough after approx. 200 tag and shape then immediately your bowls. Place the balls on baking paper and baking sheet. Let the balls raise about 20 min, like longer time.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, brush with egg, water, coffee or coffee. Milk and behind the balls in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-12 min.
