500 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Winter pot
To prepare the Winter pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and add the karryen. Chop the onions and sauté them with curry butter along with the meat. Add the sliced potatoes and carrots together with 1/2 litres of water, season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Break spaghetti into smaller pieces and add them or use screws. Boil the Court further in about 10 minutes, to the paste is appropriate tender.
Tips:
Frozen potatoes in slices can easily be used.
