tips:
Mjød is NOT in this regard the products of Dansk Mjød. It is recommended to make mead after one of Mjodvitnir's recipes at www.mjodvitnir.dk - you also have the pleasure. A good, light bitter mead is the best. If you use Danish Mjød products, they must be diluted to approx. 8%. Vestmalle 2 is a Belgian beer, run by all major grocery stores.
