It looks like Schulstad has this piece of wine bread in their bakeoff, that's not something I've heard about otherwise.
I assume that it is common danish bread dough as if possible. Splash over once a remonce, brush with egg and sprinkle with pecans. After baking pour a relatively thick syrup over, I found somewhere that it was maple syrup, but it's usually a bit thin.
