275 | g | White chocolate 30% |
4 | Egg yolk, pasteurised | |
4 | dl | Whipped cream |
50 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Strawberries, fresh |

To prepare the White chocolate mousse with strawberry puree recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring white chocolate into smaller pieces and melt over water bath.
Stir the egg yolks in the chocolate box together with the cream.
Whip the cream stiff. First stir a little of the whipped cream and then turn the rest in. Put the mousse cold for a couple of hours.
Strawberry Pure:
Rinse and nip the strawberries. Bring them in a blender with a little sugar and blend to a smooth pure.
Spread a little strawberry pie on plates and form the mousse as an egg and put a few eggs in the middle of each serving.
