Chop the chocolate.
Give milk, sugar and butter a rehash. Take the Pan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Whip so the glaze together well. The glaze is malleable when it cools down. It runs good while it is still warm, so it is easy to work with.
