250 | g | Grahams |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Coarsely chopped nødekerner |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Wheat buns / Core Ball
To prepare the Wheat buns / Core Ball recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Stir yeast into the warm water. Add the flour and the other ingredients and knead it all together well.
2. Let the dough raise to the deck and groove for approx. 30 minutes.
3. Beat the dough together, roll it out to a sausage. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape them into buns.
4. Place the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper and allow them to rise to cover and shed 30-40 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (hot air 200 degrees) while the balls raise and behind them on the middle groove for 20-25 minutes.
tips:
Coarse balls are good for freezing. They can quickly thaw in the microwave oven. You can also make 30 small bowls. Just put the small buns in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
