Ingredients for Vegetable soup

1000 | g | Potatoes |
150 | g | Onion |
150 | g | Parsley root |
200 | g | Carrots |
4 | dl | Whole milk |
400 | g | Leek |
6 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Vegetable soup
To prepare the Vegetable soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the onions in thin slices and chop into thin rings in the oil. Save some cut porridge for later. Add potatoes in small tern, parsley in small tern and 6 dl water. Let the mixture boil approx. 20 min. Until the vegetables are tender. Purge the mixture of cooked vegetables, use if necessary. A blender.
Add carrots in slices, milk, thyme and peppers and cook the soup for approx. 10 minutes. Add the stored sliced porridge to cook just the last 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
