To prepare the Veal balls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Calves nosserne turned into flour which is mixed with salt and well with black pepper, soaked in æggemsssen and turned into bread crumbs. Brown the butter in the Pan, nosserne Brown, then screwed down there for the heat. Is completed after approx. 10 minutes.
Serve with fried potatoes with butter and herbs. 1 citronbåd per nose. Salad.
