Ingredients for Vanilla fromage 02

100 | g | Frozen, thawed raspberries |

Instructions for Vanilla fromage 02
To prepare the Vanilla fromage 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Vanilla fromage: Leave softly in cold water for approx. 5 min. Cut the vanilla and scrape the corners (save the skull). Whip whole egg, sugar and vanilla grains together into an airy mixture. Gently turn the buttermilk in. Pull the house block out of the water with the water that is attached. Melt it in a bowl in a water bath. Cool the house block with approx. 1 dl of egg mixture and stir it for the rest. Whip the cream stiff and turn it in. Rinse 6 serving dishes (a 3 dl) in cold water and bring approx. 2 dl fromage in each. Place them covered in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Lun fruit sauce: Bring water, sugar and vanilla peel into a saucepan. Bring it to boil while stirring. Boil the mixture at low heat and under low for approx. 5 min. Remove the pot from the heat. Stir potato flour and water for a leveling and pour it into the sugar layer while stirring. Turn the berries into the sugar layer and leave the fruit sauce for approx. 15 min. Remove vanilla skins.
