Crumble the feta into small pieces with a fork.
Sauter pepper in 2 tablespoons. Olive oil until the skin is light golden. Remove the stem and discard it, chop the rest of the pepper into very small pieces.
In a mortar mash the pepper and the cheese with the oil from the forehead to a steady mass, add additional oil if necessary.
