Instructions for Turtle Mousse

To prepare the Turtle Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt mushrooms and milk chocolate with 0.5 dl. Whipped cream over water bath.

Pour the melted chocolate pulp into a bowl of bowl of egg yolks in one at a time.

Whip the cream stiff and turn it into the chocolate box.

Heat into serving glasses or bowls and place in the fridge for 4-5 hours.

Decorate with whipped cream and crushed daim.
