300gWheat flour or (possibly 0.5 wheat flour 0.5 pizzamel)
4Long green peppers (Turkish sweet pepper)
500gGround beef max 8-9%

To prepare the Turkish pizza roll recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ingredients for the dough is mixed and kneaded thoroughly. Made to uplift covered in the fridge for the next day.

Onions and peppers cleaned and chopped fine. Tomatoes cut into slices. Parsley chopped. The chopped vegetables mixed with the meat. Salt, pepper and, if desired. other spice added.

The dough is divided in 4, each rolled out into a thin round pizza. Remember and roll it out well so that it becomes very thin and the meat must be reasonable too thin otherwise it is hard and drop-down.

Meat mixture is pressed with the fingers down into the batter, so the meat stick. Bake on baking sheet lined with wax paper at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Lemon squeezed over each pizza. Rolled together and eaten like a pizza roll.

It is served with mixed salad.
