Instructions for Turkish bread
To prepare the Turkish bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast water and oil are stirred together. Add flour and knead together to a little sticky dough, hold some of the flour back and add as needed.
The dough is divided into 12 balls placed on a damp cloth. Also put a damp cloth over. Raise for 45 minutes.
Eel the balls and roll them out until they have a thickness of almost 1 cm. They must now rise between the wipers for 1 hour.
Then they are baked / cooked on a pan without margerine by steady heat. Be careful when turning the balls. If there is a hole in them, they will be flat.
