1tbspPeanut oil
1tbspLight, dry sherry
1tbspGrated lemon peel
dlCranberry sauce
2tbspSpring onions
2tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
2tspCorn flour
200gCourgettes
500gTurkey Breast in slices

To prepare the Turkey with cranberry citrus sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the turkey breast in slices and spring slices and courgette in slanted slices. Mix lemon peel, juice, sauce, sherry and corn flour in a small jug. Heat a wok and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the turkey sauce. Stir 3 - 4 minutes until the turkey is tender. Bring the meat with a clove, set aside and keep the meat warm.
